However, some items will drop ship from factory and can not be combined for freight savings. Our company operates three warehouses; however, some items must be brought together to our central shipping warehouse before they will ship for the combined freight savings, this process may increase delivery time.

KC International Motorcycle Supply makes no warranty of the parts that are distributed by us, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the manufacturer has a warranty, it will be included with the product.

Manufacturer may alter or change appearance of products from what is displayed in our images. We are not responsible for production changes that might occur from the manufacturer.



Any item (except special orders) may be returned for full credit within 10 days of your purchase if it is unused and in saleable condition. Buyer must notify Kcint within 10 days of delivery if product was damaged or had missing parts. All shipping costs to return item will be paid by the buyer. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Before returning any item, please notify us so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. (No returns can be accepted without authorization). To speed authorization, please provide us with the invoice number, order number, and order date when you call.

MISCELLANEOUS

Non-stock items may be subject to manufacturer restocking charges. KC International Motorcycle Supply is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.


All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case.


Acceptance of returned goods by our Receiving Department shall not be binding and has no force or effect unless acceptance is made by us in writing.

In addition to payment confirmation notices, we also contact our customers via e-mail if payments are not received in a timely manner. This notification serves only as a reminder and insures adequate time to respond and protect payments that may be lost in the mail. We do not penalize customers for circumstances beyond their control such as lost mail or computer glitches.
