PLEASE read all these terms & conditions before making a purchase or asking questions.

PAYMENT:

- Thanks for a quick and clean Paypal payment.
- All California shipments / residents are subject to a 9% sales tax.

SHIPPING:

- The shipping total you see includes: a box, bubble wrap, popcorn, tape, etc., to create a properly packaged item, so your package will pass the "high-drop packaging test".
- I do NOT combine shipping when using eBay.
- If your package gets lost or destroyed, you're covered for the amount paid.
- All packages are shipped via FedEx (within the US) and I will get your package out within 3 business days (at least, that's my full intention). Allow 4 to 7 days to get to your door once it's left my hands. If you are in a rush, talk to me before making your purchase, as I am out of town from time to time, finding more inventory. Please ignore the "shipped via UPS" on your invoice.
- FedEx WILL need your signature at delivery, for any items that I value at $500 or more.
- FedEx will NOT deliver to a PO Box address, so please use a FedEx compitable address.
- NO local pickups.

OUTSIDE US SALES:

- Your shipping may be high and it may take a few days to get your package to USPS. Why? 1 hour of my time to deal with my post office and expensive gas getting there..... not to mention the frustration & headaches associated with dealing with the USPS.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

BIDDER'S OBLIGATIONS:

- Please ask ANY and ALL questions BEFORE you bid. I answer most questions immediately. Sometimes I have no idea what the item is (or much about it) ... and if you know anymore abou it, I'm all ears.... and will put your info here.
- Questions about fitment or installation? PLEASE ask the manufacturer and/or a professional mechanic/technician. I did not make any of the parts that I sell, nor am I a mechanic or an HD dealership. I do NOT like to guess about fitment for YOUR specific make and model.
- There are NO extra parts included that I do not specify in my description.
- You will receive EXACTLY what is described. If you do not, then we have a problem and I need to know about it asap.
- All sales are FINAL and all items are sold "AS IS" .... so PLEASE know what you're bidding on here. 25% restocking fee on any returns.

FITMENT:

- I do NOT make any of the parts that I sell, so PLEASE consult with your mechanic, HD parts dept. and/or the manufacturer, as I would hate to guess about fitment and be wrong.

SPAM BLOCKERS & BULK EMAIL:

- If you have one, PLEASE make sure that customer.service@elvisplace.com can make it through, as I do NOT always use eBay to communicate with my customers. If you do not allow my email to enter, then we will have a failure to communicate....and that's not good for either of us.

OTHER:

- From time to time, I loose items. I try to stay organized, but sometimes it happens. If it does, your entire payment will be refunded immediately and I will apologize.
- The first number in the "title" of this auction is my own EP part number.
- I'm a "ONE MAN SHOW" over here, so please understand human mistakes from time to time. I'm not a large company, nor am I a mechanic. I have no employees. I do it all.
- I strive to satisfy my customers. If you can't leave me positive feedback plus 5 stars, please contact me before you leave your feedback. I'd sure appreciate it.
